Welcome to Horton Designs

Hi and welcome to Horton Designs. This site over the past couple weeks has seen a little change. A new forum has been put in place. Also Most projects that I was working on have been cancelled. As some of you people know I was working on the 2008 Nationwide Mod. Well it was never finished. But no worries all the cars that I did will be released.

I still might start to do some work again for Tiger Woods 08 but that is still up in the are. Stay tuned for more updates.
